How it works

You send in your report using our free mobile apps, a text or picture message, or using this web site. The London Authority will deal with your report and you can be kept informed of progress using this web site, or we will send you a message when it's complete.

How to sign up

To use our mobile apps simply enter your email address in the app when prompted. We will email you the first time you send a report to confirm that it was you who sent it.

To use this web site, there is no need to create a new account, just sign in with one of your existing accounts (of course you can create one directly with us if you prefer)

Using the Love Clean London app

You can download any one of our FREE applications from the relevant Marketplace or App Store directly on your phone - just search for Love Clean London.

Keeping track of progress

We will send you an email or a text message when the report is complete. You can also subscribe to our RSS feeds on the reports page.

Outside of London

Love Clean London is part of the Love Clean Streets network. You can use the apps to report issues anywhere in the world and we will ensure they are directed to the correct authority.

How to make a report
Just send a Text or Picture Message to 07725 202020 with LCL in the subject field or the first part of the message
You can download our free IPhone, Android, Blackberry or Windows Phone app from the app store or marketplace on your phone. Just search for Love Clean London
Simply go to Add a Report and sign in. Select a location on the map, add a picture (if you have one), give us a few details and upload
